Skype keeps adding itself to the login items.  If I remove it and open and quit Skype it adds it back.    

DP 7 would not finish the authorization process.  After 2 hours I realized that the permissions on the boot drive where set to custom for owner and group.  Setting them back to root and admin fixed the problem.
