The 2012 APCG conference will be held at the Phoenix Inn located on the waterfront district of Olympia, Washington. We have blocked nonsmoking rooms at the hotel at a special conference rate of $109/night plus tax for a King suite and $119 for a Double Queen Suite. Overnight parking is free. The hotel offers free, high-speed wireless internet, a breakfast in the Breakfast Room, a pool, TV lounge, and a very comfortable lobby with conversation areas. The hotel management has been very helpful in providing meeting spaces for conference events and caterers. The hotel is located well within walking distance to downtown Olympia, the large Olympia Farmer’s Market, a long boardwalk along Budd Bay, and close to a major outdoor store with rental equipment available.
