Follow these steps to ensure your participation in the meeting:

1. Download and complete the registration form. Mail the form, together with your payment, to the address indicated in the form.
2. Follow the instructions in the “Abstracts” section of this website to submit an abstract for paper or poster presentation. Please send paper abstracts via e-mail to 2012apcg@gmail.com and poster abstracts to 2012apcg@gmail.com as an attached file named with the presenter’s last name and use the subject “Paper Abstract” or “Poster Abstract.” Deadline for abstracts: August 31
3. A valid email address is required. All conference communication will be sent via email, including confirmation, receipts, field trip information, and reminders.
