This album depicts the Beatles alter ego band.

They also all have mustaches on their faces and are holding some sort of instrument in their hands.

In front of them is a drum which reads: “Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band.”

On the bottom of the album “The Beatles” is spelled out in red flowers.

Surrounding  the band, is picture inserts of their “fans.”

You do a good job sticking to the extrinsic details of the album but there are several details that be mentioned. For example, the title being composed of flowers, the color of the flowers, the blue background, and even the tree on the left side. You could also use those details to transition into the intrinsic qualities of the album. Perhaps why the people are arranged in the way they are in the album. Also why the usage of flowers to compose the title.
A good starting analysis of the extrinsic details of the album cover nonetheless. SGT Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club is a very colorful album cover that is probably a reflection of the glitz and glamour of Rock and Roll during that time period. There is much to unpack from how visually active the album is.
