D&R: Hawaii Five-0 has a few problems

Hawaii Five-0 is a popular and well-known television series that began in 2010. It is a crime-drama that takes place in Oahu, Hawaii. The show features API actors and white actors. However, it has come out that the API actors are paid less than their white counterparts.

I have personally spent a lot of time on Oahu as my aunt lived there for many years. Oahu has a huge Asian American population.I find it despicable that the Asian American actors aren’t being treated fairly, when Asian Americans are a large number of Hawaii’s demographic. Season regulars of a television series should be paid equally, race should not be a determining factor.
