There is an explosion in the movie theater.
Hiroshi is in debt.
Jack and Lilly are the love interests in this movie.
Jack and Lilly have a daughter.
The whole movie is a flashback to prior events told from the point of view of Lilly.
It was sad watching the family sell all of their possessions and give up everything to go to the interment camps for no justifiable reason.
Jack got kicked by a horse when he was protesting.
Everyone basically has to start over once they are released from the camps.
I don’t feel like the film accurately portray how the camps were, but this was for a large audience who unfortunately probably did not care about accuracy and just wanted a good film.
