Current Trends: BTS Record Setting Comeback
BTS is back at it AGAIN.
A week after the 6-member boy group from Korea released their new album titled ‘Map of the soul: Persona’ they have set records.
Persona becomes BTS’ third number one album on the billboard 200 charts selling 230,000 units in physicals (Billboard) the boy group also beat Blackpinks record for most views in 24hrs on Youtube. Their video for their single “Boy with Luv” garnered over 74 Million views in just under 24 hours. The title track of the album ‘Boy with Luv ft. Halsey’ also hit Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart landing at #8 which is a new peak for the group.
BTS is setting records left and right and it doesn’t look like they will stop soon since they have an American tour in a couple of months.
