Just gotta have a contract when you’re dealing with long term projects. Here’s two versions of when I’ve come up with for my edible landscaping business “Soulful Soils”. Let me know which what you like best and what can be improved!

Advice one) Skip the “Legalese”.

A2) Say what you gotta say.

A3) Think of the top ten things you care about and keep it to that. For me it was liability, crop performance, payments, and project termination clause.
