Team Entrepreneurship
Evergreen LEINN Change Maker Lab Programs
At Evergreen, our hands on team entrepreneurship learning model inspires our team entrepreneurs to prepare for the GIG economy, serve the community, and develop new ways to meet challenges in any arena they choose – from business and education, to healthcare, the arts, and the environment. Hands on means team entrepreneurs work on real projects and start real organizations using the team academy approach developed in Finland.
Our team entrepreneurship programs are designed around our extensive range of entrepreneurship “incubators” to emphasize hands-on, collaborative, interdisciplinary learning across significant differences, supporting and benefiting from local and global commitments to social justice, diversity, environmental stewardship and service in the public interest. Currently the incubators are the inter-disciplinary programs focussing on the specialties of faculty coaches and presented as themes within the Tiimiakatemia Changemaker Lab Learning Environment such as;.

The Changemaker Lab was recognized by @AshokaU this week for our commitment to help activate #MillionsofChangemakers. We are proud to be part of it!
We envision our student body to be leaders of their communities, while staying interconnected and aligned with the different agents that are part of the local ecosystem. We are perceived as doers, empowered to change the world, and examples of sustainability. Our actions are also visible and tangible. We are able to turn problems into opportunities through cooperation and teamwork, we learn by doing and start actual enterprises and implement real social projects. Our connections and care about the issues that surround us create value for others; we build community relationships meaningfully. We are also experts at navigating tensions and deeply introspective. At Evergreen, these goals are defined within the frame of our values and ethos. Interdisciplinary education, an obvious necessary ingredient of an effective Entrepreneurship and Team Entrepreneurship Program is at the core of our learning methodology.
We are the place where eager minds learn to create our ever-changing world. We create chaos with purpose.
