Position Description:

The Evergreen State College seeks to create a pool of adjunct faculty able to teach undergraduate courses and programs on the Olympia and Tacoma sites during Summer quarter 2018. Offerings in our summer curriculum are typically 2, 4, or 8 quarter hours. Specific areas of interest to the College include, but are not limited to, the following:
• 2D and 3D Art
• Allied health professions
• Biology
• Business and non-profit administration
• Management, including Human Resources Management
• Computer Science
• Economics
• History
• Indigenous science/methodology
• Indigenous literacy
• Mathematics
• Music theory and performance
• Physics
• Sustainability/Environmental Studies
• Literacy
These are adjunct faculty positions and are not eligible for continuing appointment. All requirements for these positions must be completed at the time of hire. Salary for all positions is based on experience and degrees (see for more information). We do not offer relocation expenses for our adjunct faculty positions.
