These are the chicken thigh tacos from Brother Barrel. 10/15/18 The caption of this photo said: Have you met David? He’s a chef at the Burien Pub & has been with the company for almost 12 years! David is a big family guy, and gets a lot of creative inspiration from his wife. She was the inspiration for the popular jalapeño chicken sandwich, which is jalapeño marinated chicken, jalapeño aioli, pepper jack cheese, fried jalapeños and onion strings on a spent grain bun. 🍻 Read more about David on our Facebook page! (link in bio) 10/11/18 The fresh-hop flight from West Seattle’s Fresh Hop Fest. The second beer from the right is called “Better Than Christmas.” Brewer James brews it seasonally, because he considers fresh hop season better than Christmas! It is double dry-hopped with a whole bunch of fresh hops directly in the keg! 10/8/18 One of my favorite photos of the week: jalapeno popper mac and cheese bites. 10/4/18 I love this photo of Kat behind the bar. There isn’t anything in the shaker, and she is stirring up water, but nonetheless she looks great! 10/4/18 This is a photo of co-owner Brent and brewer Dan filling barrels with Syrah grapes for the Spontaneous Sour at Thursday’s brew day! 9/27/18 This is a photo I took of the West Seattle Thursday pasta special. According to Instagram insights, it did better than 95% of Elliott Bay Brewery’s recent posts which I was proud of! I am not 100% sure what this means, but it appears to be that there is more of a reach and more likes/engagement on the photo. 9/26/18 I took this meat board photo for Brother Barrel. It also did better than 95% of the recent posts according to Instagram insights!
