March 15th- Bok Choy packed and ready to go to market.

March 7th- Harvesting out the dino kale because of  bolting.

March 6th- Seeding some turnips using the four-row seeder.

March 1st- The heavy winds brought some rain to the farm.

February 28th- The paper chain potting system transplanter.

February 22nd- Baby kale coming up in one of the beds. We harvest this with the greens harvester when it’s tender and bag it for market.

February 21st- Starting our plantings of ginger and turmeric.

February 14th- Lots of back to back snow storms happening at the farm.

February 10th- 27 inches of snow at the farm!

February 8th- Harvesting dino kale, one of our most popular crops at market.
