Connor Flynn has been a cannabis and hemp grower since 2007 when he joined the Washington State Medical Marijuana program.  Two years later, he was accepted as a grower for the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program, where he operated at full provider capacity for six years.  He later joined Three Finger Farm in Gresham, OR as their flower room manager where he helped develop new strains and broke company records in cannabinoid content.  In 2017, he joined the board of directors of Spectrum Hemp, where he and a small team developed an industrial-scale type III hemp farm.  He is working towards a business degree from Evergreen State College as well as working towards his CMA.  He is excited to see cannabis laws change and is always up to date with their development.  His skills and intuition have helped him adapt to the ever-changing laws in states he has been a grower and business owner within, and he is excited to bring his knowledge and experience to the rest of the world.
