October 16, 2010: Evergreen vs. Warner Pacific

Evergreen dropped their second match of the weekend at home to Warner Pacific University Saturday. Warner rode a 20th minute goal by Tarik Subasic and a 50th minute goal by Jameson Jones for the victory. Subasic found himself with space when an attempted clearance squirted to him some 20 yards from goal. Subasic took a touch to settle and placed the ball into the upper corner of the far post. The Knights again found their way through when Jones weaved past an Evergreen defender and slotted early in the second half. The Geoducks pushed forward throughout the second half but were unable to finish their chances. The Geoducks take to the road to play league leading Concordia University next Friday in Portland.
