I continue to lecture from time to time both in the United States and in other countries. In the spring of 2019 there were lectures at Hong Kong University in Hong Kong and at Peace and Nature in Kobe Japan.
My most recent teaching assignment at Evergreen was completed in 2017. I do not anticipate returning to a regular teaching position there in future years.

Fall 2012 while conducting research in Japan I was a visiting lecturer for a month at Hyogo Prefectural University. In 2006 I served at the same university as Exchange Faculty, and in 2001 I had an appointment there as Visiting Research Scholar.
— Korea
Winter and Spring 2009 I was on assignment as a Fulbright Lecturer at the Graduate Institute for Peace Studies at Kyung Hee University in Korea. I returned as a Visiting Professor for Fall Semester 2010.
