Voltaic HD has been installed on Jenuet.  It can convert video files with the AVCHD codec.  Some of the newer video cameras that record to DVD or memory cards use this codec.  If Final Cut or iMovie 09 do not work with acamera try Voltaic.

Tina and Fritz have swapped locations. Tina is better designed for ADA access, but it was difficult to see the projection screen in her former location. Now Fritz is the computer that faces the MML window and Tina is centrally located for easier access.

We have upgraded to Final Cut Studio 3, iLife 09, iWork 09, After Effects CS4, Adobe Design Premium CS4 and we have added Logic  Studio.  We also have one firewire Blu-Ray burner for use inside the lab.

Over break we updated a bunch of software. We updated to 10.4.11, Final Cut Pro 6.02, Digital Performer 5.13, Toast 8.03 and we installed Google earth. Final Cut 6.0.2 is not backwards compatible with 6.0.2.

We fixed a permissions problem with the Jitter tutorials. The video tuorial files were not able to be opened. We also installed iStopmotion on the Teaching Station.
