Last night President Obama addressed the nation through the State of the Union.

During several parts of his address, Obama referred to the value of higher education and the importance of investment in education from pre-K through doctoral degrees.

U.S. Representative and Chair of the House Budget Committee Paul Ryan provided the Republican response.
