You’ve all probably seen it, The house that caters to your every need with a host of mechanisms to carry them out. I want to explore what that kind of house could be like if we replaced those mechanisms with plants.
First contender: (Boquila Trifoliata)

A vine that’s able to mimic the plants it attaches to. Using this weird metamorphosis it can fool would be dinners, living a life of deception in parts of its habitat where it’d normally be the special of the day.(Yirka)
Its so adaptable that it can increase its leaf size to 10 times that of the genuine, and this tricky vine can even mimic several different plants all at the same time. (Yirka)
In reality I don’t expect it to be like meet the Robinson’s or anything but Imagine having blinds where we have this vines leaves reacting to sunlight such that when it gets to bright they expand to block it out or get thinner in such a way that they act as light shades. we could have plants as filters on top of our houses. the possibilities are quite expansive.
