| Learn how the climate, landscape, and culture of different regions interact with the cuisine, including the agricultural products of the regions. | Traveling around China by train bus and car visiting agricultural sites like orchards and possibly tea farms and farmer’s markets taking note of produce and goods offered. Talking to farmers and finding special local produce. Watching the documentary series A Bite of China as well as others we will update.
