Shanghai: Dumplings, Dumplings, Dumplings
Pan-fried, steamed, boiled, filled with soup, filled with custard, filled with crab. We tried all the dumplings in Shanghai. We met up with Daniel’s high school friend Dennis while we were in in town, his father lives and works in Shanghai so Dennis visits with him a few months out of the year. We finally had someone else to talk to and also show us around to all the best restaurants.
