Climate Change Personal Statement

I view the climate as an inseparable part of us. In essence, we are the climate.  We owe what we have to the Earth that grows the climate. Humans are a collection of the molecules that make up our climate and our planet. Whatever separation perceived is nothing but a disillusion. Along with the plants, soils, bugs,  and birds, the climate is us.  Sequentially, what harms the environment harms us. To me, climate change is an upset in the inner and outer balance or synergy  we have with the earth.  I aim to approach this matter of climate change realizing there is no way we can continue to pollute the balance that nature so tediously achieved without gross ramifications.  It is impossible to hope to cheat the nature of  the planet any longer with the toxic lifestyles we live. Whatever harm we do the planet, we do directly to ourselves.  What can we do to reverse this cycle of harm? I believe a good way to go about this plan of change is by starting at the small scale. Talking to local people about daily efforts they can do to help the cause, and further researching the issue before moving on to bigger picture goals.  Large change is unlikely for a student such as myself to achieve, however, with conscious efforts and careful planning, small scale changes, which can lead to larger scaled changes can be made. What we are is a collection of the puzzle that is nature on Earth. To achieve a homeostasis with the giving Planet, we must work like clockwork with the similar fashion nature dictated to create all this.
