Finally getting around to making my blog post on the trip up to Tacoma. Didn’t go out on field trip but went on my own a couple weeks ago.
- Zhi Lin’s work stuck with me, The seeing all of this art that bring attention to the forgotten history of the Chinese and their role in American History. (Railroad, 1885 Riot)
- Never knew we had something so interesting not in Seattle.
- Never knew how much history there was in Tacoma
- The works that were mixed media with traditional printing, paper, and color were interesting, I love that kind of stuff.
- Overall enjoyed the trip, wish I could have gone with Chico as the guide though.
