Propel: Biodiesel and FlexFuel

Description:

Propel provides biodiesel and Flex Fuel (E85) in the Seattle area as well as in northern and southern California.  Flex Fuel (E85) is a clean-burning mixture of 85% ethanol (derived from fermented starch and sugars) and 15% gasoline.  The biodiesel product is made from sustainable resources such as vegetable oil waste and soybean oil and is compatible with every diesel engine.

Bonneville Environmental Foundation

The B.E.F. is a non-profit organization that markets green power products to public utilities, businesses, government agencies and individuals. It was founded in 1998 to support watershed restoration programs and develop new sources of renewable energy. What began as a partnership with the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) has expanded to include other suppliers and markets.
