2009: We begin again
I am just back from Borrego Springs, launching myself into winter quarter. I can report that I shot over 3500 digital frames for the landscape animations and a scant 3 minutes of S-8 negative (that spanned three days). I have had new thoughts about how I hope to proceed with the RR/OW project. And I will document those thoughts and my work in this new blog.
I will also talk about my work as a teacher of some very talented advanced media students at The Evergreen State College. And finally, I will share progress on our attempts to create a sustainable Evergreen Visual History Archive. I hope to substantially change the look of this blog over the next few weeks. I also will post lots of visual tests, sketches, notations, and observations.
