Our district received some year-end funding and will be hiring two interns through the Chicago Botanic Garden’s Conservation Land Management (CLM) intern program.
Successful candidates will be conducting rare plant surveys and monitoring, mapping noxious weeds, and monitoring vegetation treatments. In addition they will be getting a good amount of GIS experience. Work will occur in both of our field offices, and will involve significant field time and camping.
