Calling artists who live and/or work in King County! The City of Federal Way Surface Water Management Division is seeking artists for their first ever Storm Drain ArtWalk. Four finalists will paint small scale murals around storm drains in Federal Way to raise awareness about how polluted stormwater impacts our local waterways. The winners will each receive a $1000 stipend for their work.
