| Nature of Work: | Intern will be working with the GIS staff in the IT department at the Town of Queen Creek. The internship will focus on development of maps and data to support multiple town departments and projects. Potential projects may include updating the town buildings data layer, creating a parks facilities layer, and creating a street right-of way inventory. |
| Qualifications: | Experience using ArcGIS desktop. |
| Compensation: | $10.00 per hour, up to 160 hours. Internship may apply for course credit. |
| Time Requirement: | 9 -10 hours per week up to a maximum of 160 hours..
Work should be done on a weekly schedule, within the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Schedule is flexible. |
