Fulfill your errand with the help of the Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute. The Institute is a six-day residential program designed to further develop the strategic and visionary thinking of experienced nonprofit executives. The program is led by a combination of academic faculty and experienced practitioners, who facilitate intellectually provocative sessions that expose participants to new tools that will have a lasting impact. Institute sessions are taught within the context of:
* Thinking strategically
* Enabling support for change
* Inspiring others to perform
* Communicating and influencing effectively
* Fostering collaboration
* Using financial management in pursuit of strategic objectives
* Engaging and managing the board of directors
* Enhancing self-knowledge
