While at Olympia Coffee Roasters I could defiantly taste earthy notes, fruits and chocolaty hints , I also had flashbacks of Hawaii the volcanic rich soil and buttery coconuts. the aroma and tastes brought me back to the rain forests, fruit stands and sugar cane fields. Maui has such rich culture its a very small island with small café’s, restaurants and coffee fields and their own coffee association.
