Our Group Definition of Terroir

Our group’s definition of terroir is a complex collage of history, culture, soil, water and various other aspects of the earth that ultimately shape each individual ingredient of what you are tasting. What you taste also correlates to your life experiences and memories and ultimately these experiences contribute to not only the taste of what you’re eating, but the emotion it evokes.
