Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Elena Smith. I was born and raised in the Altai region of Russia, and I am here today to be your guide as we explore the richness of my country, its language, history and culture. Nothing represents the uniqueness of a country better than its language. Learning a foreign language allows you not only to communicate with other cultures, but also opens doors to a whole new way of thinking.
In 2010-2011, Evergreen continues to offer Spanish Language study at the Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced levels. You can review a list of current courses or find additional information at the Spanish Language study website.
In Winter quarter, Evergreen will be offering Beginning & Intermediate with Judith Gabriele and Advanced French courses with Susan Fiksdal. You can review the available courses and also find additional information at the French Language website.
