The Farm Director will be responsible for farming, teaching, and building both a residential experiential farming education program for beginning farmers and a locally-focused program for interns at other local farms. The Farm Director will provide the leadership in the classroom and the 10 acre organic field and will help build and provide a community hub for promoting sustainable agriculture for the local community, the region and beyond.

Greenbank Farm is a 522-acre organic farm on Whidbey Island.
