OPERATIONS AND OUTREACH COORDINATOR

The Network of Oregon Watershed Councils, a small but very busy statewide nonprofit organization based in Eugene, is looking for an Operations and Outreach Coordinator.

The successful candidate will:
–Have extensive office administration experience.
–Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
–Be extremely well organized and attentive to detail.
–Possess an unwavering attitude for the highest quality customer service.
–Be proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel in particular.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
–Administration of nonprofit organizations;
–Event planning;
–Website maintenance;
–Print and digital publication design, layout and editing;
–Developing eBursts or other high high-quality digital communication;
–Membership/

contact management.
–Professional-level social networking abilities.
–Marketing and promotion;
–Online educational programming;
–Digital file management;
–Bookkeeping and/or a basic understanding of nonprofit accounting;
–Sales Force software.

Rate of pay: range of $16.00-$18.00 an hour dependent on experience.
