Seattle based Solid Ground, (www.solid-ground.org) is seeking a dynamic President/CEO to collaborate with the Board of Directors and staff to lead this $25M community action agency to new heights. Solid Ground’s 30 programs help more than 64,000 households throughout King County each year to overcome poverty and build better futures. The agency is a national leader in initiatives against institutional racism and is committed to addressing it in the organization and the community. As the public representative and voice of the organization, the CEO is a spokesperson and advocate for an end to the hunger, homelessness, economic disadvantages, and social injustices within our communities.
