This position will lead an active and expanding airborne remote sensing and ground survey program consisting of 35+ professional field and office support staff, oversee multiple teams that are deployed throughout North America, and have responsibility for remote sensing physical assets (sensors, aircraft, vehicles, and survey equipment). This position is tasked with overseeing project management, performance metrics, budget tracking, and efficient utilization of all team members and resources. The Acquisition Manager will also create 3-6 month staffing plans and capital purchases requirements based on project needs. This position is an opportunity to redefine one’s leadership and communication skills,
meet the challenges of complicated planning and develop one’s technical agility in order to meet the challenges of a dynamic and variable data acquisition environment. The position is based in our new office in downtown Portland, OR and reports directly to a principal.
