The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry is seeking a temporary Rafting Specialist who is responsible for working with OMSI rafting trip leaders in planning river trips and ensuring all rafting gear is prepared and properly loaded for each of OMSI’s 5 Summer Science Camp Rafting programs. The Rafting Specialist will be responsible for all rafting equipment before/during/after trips, monitor river conditions/flow before trips, maintain excellent river safety habits, and work with rafting trip leaders in setting up camp sites, preparing meals, and supervising campers.
