Earth Advantage Institute seeks a Portland area commercial buildings project manager who will support commercial-related initiatives internally and with external contracts. The commercial project manager will work with developers, owners, designers, and contractors to drive energy efficiency and sustainable design in small commercial building projects. Preferred candidates will have technical knowledge of commercial building systems (i.e., HVAC, lighting, envelope, controls). Candidates must also have a successful track record of independently managing projects, proactively developing client relationships, and meeting business objectives.
