The position reports to the PCJV Management Board. Direct supervision is provided by the Executive Committee of the PCJV with day to day supervision provided by the U.S. Co-Chair.

The position is based in the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan area.
Depending on the status of the successful candidate, a variety of hiring options will be explored. Salary and benefits will approximate that of a Federal GS-13 employee ($86,260 – 112,136). The position may be filled under an Interagency Personnel Agreement or contractual arrangement.
