SUMMARY:
The Manager, Social and Environmental Responsibility will be both an internal and external facing role with a primary responsibility of leading pioneering projects that elevate Burt’s Bees sustainability performance in the areas of footprint reduction and social outreach. Secondary responsibilities will include CSR reporting and tracking and employee engagement programs. Though the role does not have direct reports it will lead cross-functional teams and influence leadership while working toward delivery of sustainability strategy and triple bottom line results.
