UWKC is seeking Loaned Executive Coordinators to join a highly focused and successful fundraising team for the 2012 Annual Campaign. This position will be responsible for coordinating up to 13 Loaned Executives (LEs) and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
The Loaned Executive Coordinator position supports LEs in the field and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for LEs.
Candidates must possess the following: Team player, flexible, effective verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, perform under stressful conditions, self-directed, enthusiastic, creative energy and have basic math skills.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent specializing in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Experience within fundraising, sales or development is required. Equivalent fundraising experience may be substituted for the education requirement. Managerial experience is a plus.
Duration of Position: This is a 17-week commitment from August 20 -December 14, 2012 Full Time/38.75 hours per week. Must be able to work a flexible schedule since companies often have campaign sessions outside of typical business hours. No vacations will be authorized during the 17 week period. You will have Labor Day (September 3), Thanksgiving Day and the day after (November 22-23) off.

• Salary: $730/week
• Note: Temporary employees do not receive UWKC benefits
