Full-time, Permanent WMS Band 2

The position has program responsibility on approximately 1.5 million acres of public and private forestland within the region. The programs include: Forest practice regulation, fire prevention and suppression management, and inmate correctional camp crew management.

Working with Top Management in the region you will work collaboratively to manage all aspects of responsibility within Olympic Region. The region’s geographic area is: All of Clallam and Jefferson Counties, and the northern and western half of Grays Harbor County on the Olympic Peninsula. This position manages budget, set performance standards, implement goals, and guide planning for program activities
