Amazing opportunity for an innovative general manager
with a passion for making money while making a difference!
Does this sound like you? You dream big! You are entrepreneurial and have launched and grown at least one business of your own. You are not confined by ‘the way it has always been done.’ Instead, you constantly challenge yourself (and others) to find better alternatives ~ even if those alternatives take you outside the box. You are the type to roll up your sleeves, take the initiative, and take responsibility. You ask, “what if?” You answer, “why not?”
You make a point to learn from every success…and failure. You know for certain that you accomplish more of your objectives by helping others achieve theirs. You listen. You analyze. And then, you execute! Friends and co-workers have described you as driven, innovative and dynamic. You are a master networker and great story teller. Your positive attitude and enthusiasm are contagious. So are your ideas…of which you have many.
You love to work with other creative and passionate people. When you lead, you lead by example because you set a high bar for your team, but a higher bar for yourself. People follow you not because they have to ~ but because you are going somewhere they want to go. And they believe you have what it takes to get them there. You deliver on time and on budget. You are a game changer! You know what it takes to conceive, launch, grow, and maintain a thriving company – because you have done it! You have held the titles of General Manager, Executive Director, CEO and / or owner of multiple businesses. You have worked in numerous industries and done business internationally. The businesses you have run had a conscious – a heart. It has always been your goal to make money and make a difference. You have received notes and emails from employees proclaiming “you are the best boss I have ever had.”
You believe that you have a responsibility to give back…to leave the world better than you found it. Therefore, you have started, worked for, and/or been a board member for multiple nonprofit organizations. Given your many accomplishments, it is this work for which you are the most proud.
You are fanatical about return on investment so you relentlessly test and measure. With new information you are willing to adjust your strategies and tactics ~ but your principles and values remain constant. Finally, you smile often and have fun!
