This person will manage much of the day to day operations, with specific program, fund development, and administrative responsibilities. This position includes program coordination, data entry, public relations, special events, social media, and web site management. The Program Coordinator will work 30-40 hours a week and will report to the CISR Executive Director.

Specific Responsibilities:

* Program support

* Coordinate special programs, ie. School supplies, Warm Coats,
Employee Giving
* Manage and enter monthly program data in web based system
* Provide support to field staff
* Generate monthly/quarterly/annual reports
* Provide limited support to schools without CISR services
* Develop partnerships, receive and distribute community donations
* Fund Development support

* Maintain donor info in Giftworks, track donations, produce reports
* Provide grant compliance & reporting support
* Support fundraising events, ticket sales, invitations
* Administrative support

* Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
* Provide support for the Board of Directors and Advisory Council
* Interact with individuals and community organizations in support of
CISR activities
* Monitor & file federal and state forms
* Maintain database, create queries, run reports in Access
* Maintain and promote CISR through website and social media
* Assist CISR public relations and marketing efforts;
* Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities

· Demonstrated success performing administrative functions

· Success coordinating special programs and event
coordination

· Skilled in data base management, website management, social
media

· Ability to work with culturally diverse groups and at risk
populations

· Proficient computer skills: 40+ wpm, MS Office, Access
data base, Giftworks, Excel, Publisher

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to
maintain confidentiality

· Successful juggling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and
dealing with ambiguity

· Proven organizational skills, attention to detail,
problem-solving

· Outstanding interpersonal skills. Courteous, personable,
and flexible; able to deal effectively and sensitively with a wide range
of people.

· Self-starter, quick learner, flexible, with ability to work
independently and as effective team member

Minimum Qualifications
· 5 years experience in office management and/or program
management

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
combination of education & work experience

· Proficient with Access data base, Excel, and Publisher
software

· Ability to lift and transport twenty pounds.

Working Conditions

* 30-40 hours per week, Mon-Fri.
* $15-$16 hour range, depending on experience

* Fragrance-free work environment; attend occasional evening meetings
* Pre-employment approved FBI fingerprint and WSP Background check is
required.
