Assess federal, state, regional and local laws to support Transit Equity strategies, program initiatives, and/or reforms. Study impacts of existing or proposed policies, legislation, rules, regulations and guidelines to provide TriMet management and staff with information for effective decisions-making, policy-making and long-range transportation and service delivery-planning.
