Education Coordinator – GS-1702-07/09
The Lewis and Clark National Forest is outreaching for an Education Coordinator GS-1702-07/09 permanent, full-time position. This position is located at the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center in Great Falls, Montana. This notification is being circulated to inform prospective applicants of this upcoming opportunity and to determine interest in the position. The position will primarily work at the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center but will also have limited assignments across both the Lewis and Clark and Helena National Forests.
The Education Coordinator’s primary responsible is to plan, develop, coordinate and implement the education programs and projects at the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center. The incumbent will design, implement, and teach education programs on a variety of subjects related to natural and cultural history, early American history of the 18th and 19th centuries, American Indian History, natural resource management, and emerging environmental issues.
