Our United Villages (OUV) is a local, non-profit, community enhancement organization. With a mission to inspire people to value and discover existing resources to strengthen the social and environmental vitality of communities.

The Community Legacy Program of Our United Villages recognizes and promotes that every person can make a positive difference for the benefit of all. Our Sharing Ideas events and Legacy Stories provide a platform for increasing awareness about how people are actively engaged in strengthening the social fabric of their community. We provide free tools and resources to assist people who seek pathways for achieving more vibrant, resilient and equitable communities.

We are seeking a person who is team oriented, enthusiastic about engaging with diverse communities and embraces the value of creating an equitable society. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates skills in intercultural communication; engaging outreach processes; strategic planning and program evaluation. This person will embrace the value of performing selfless work, in the interest of fostering inclusive community.
