This is a full time salaried, at will, exempt, non-union position serving as the Gilliam SWCD District Manager and ODA Funded Watershed Technician. This position serves the district landowners and assists district efforts with local, state, federal and tribal natural resource organizations. This position is a blend of office management responsibilities under the guidelines set forth by the board of directors and a watershed technician position involved in carrying out a scope of work relating to water quality for the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
