InterConnection is a fast growing nonprofit located in Seattle and we are looking to expand our team.
Regardless of the campaign, the overall goal is to drive more companies and more nonprofits towards InterConnection. The goal for this role in particular is to assist the marketing manager in everyday execution of campaigns, lead generation, event coordination and other tasks as directed.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating production and distribution of DM campaigns
- Assisting with the production of a wide range of marketing communications
- Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
- Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases.
- Creating event calendars for all departments
- Coordinating events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
- Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
- Assist with lead generation
- Furthering InterConnection’s online presence
- Assist with annual donor appreciation event
- Assist with other tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Marketing experience – direct mail, social media, event coordination, etc.
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Proficient with MS Office (word, excel, power point)
- Graphics design experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience with B2B marketing
- Experience with B2C marketing
