Job description

Aggregate is a creative strategy group that works with nonprofit organizations, philanthropic foundations, filmmakers and authors to bring people and resources together to create social and policy change. We are looking for a curious, driven, entrepreneurial, creative and collaborative Junior Strategist to join our team.

What will you do as a Junior Strategist?

  • Project Support—Support team members in the creation of all client and business development materials, including the management of project work plans.
  • Research—Support team members with research projects for clients and business development, including identifying and researching influencers, monitoring online conversations, researching new business prospects and tracking social media analytics.
  • Social Web Support—Provide support to team members in producing web content for clients and the Aggregate website and Aggregate social media platforms (i.e., Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr).
  • Office Management—Ensure the Aggregate office runs smoothly by managing Aggregate’s digital and hard copy filing and sharing systems, communicating with building management and ensuring equipment and systems run well, including maintaining stock of office supplies.
  • Accounting—Work with the President to communicate effectively with and provide timely information to bookkeeping, accounting and payroll.
  • Executive Support—Maintain the President’s calendar by scheduling all calls and meetings.

Additional Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree
  • 1-2 years of professional experience

Location and Compensation

  • Aggregate is based in Seattle, Washington. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
