The primary purpose of the Portland Harbor Coordinator position is to advance the mission and goals of ODOT by leading, overseeing and coordinating the agency involvement with the Portland Harbor remedial allocation, Natural Resource Damage allocation, and source control processes. The position facilitates ODOT’s activities regarding storm-water source control with the DEQ, oversees the administrative record, and maintains attorney / client privilege & confidentiality of documents & consultant work product. The position coordinates with DOJ & consultants on a regular basis, attends meetings with internal staff, administers the ODOT budget in support of Portland Harbor, manages relationships with key regulatory agencies and stakeholders, and provides briefings to ODOT senior management.
